We are over in Borivli West at Basanti Apartment, specifically D 1 2. It’s right in Saibaba Nagar. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy Borivli can get, but our little corner in Saibaba Nagar is actually somewhat manageable. The office is inside an apartment building, so it has that lived-in feel. It’s not a glass skyscraper or anything. We have a kitchen area where we make tea and a main room where most of the work happens. CMC Ltd has been here for a while. We like being on the West side because it’s close to the station, but far enough that the noise isn't too loud during the day. Sometimes the neighbors are moving things around or you hear kids playing outside, but we don’t mind. It makes the day feel a bit more human. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules about how to sit or what to wear. We just show up and get to work. Most of our day is spent on the computers or talking on the phone. It’s a small space, so we all know what everyone else is working on. There isn't much room for secrets or big ego stuff here. We just try to get the work finished so we can beat the rush back to the station in the evening. It's a decent place to work.
