We’ve been here at 43/347 M G Road for a good while now. Our office is on the first floor, so you have to walk up some narrow stairs that can be a bit of a workout if you’re not used to them. It’s right near Jain Hospital, which makes it easy to explain to people where we are located. M G Road is always humming with noise, mostly traffic and people shouting, but we’ve gotten used to it. Inside Close Contact, things are pretty simple. We have some old desks and a couple of computers that sometimes run slow. There isn't any fancy decor or anything like that. We just focus on getting the day's work finished. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost and end up at the hospital instead, so we usually have to go down and wave them over. The office gets a lot of light in the mornings from the big window facing the street. It’s a bit dusty because of all the construction around here lately, but we try to keep it clean enough. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when the afternoon hunger hits. It’s just us here, doing what we do every day. We don’t really have a big team, just a few of us who know how everything works. It’s a practical space and it suits us just fine for now. We mostly spend our time on the phone or writing emails to people.
