If you head over to Kandivali West, you will find us in the Charkop industrial area. It is a bit of a maze back here among all the workshops and factories, but Plot No. 149 is where we stay. We are on the first floor of the BCD building. It is the kind of place where you hear machines humming from the neighbors and trucks backing up in the lanes all morning. The stairs are a bit narrow and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. Inside, the space is mostly open with people working at their stations. It gets pretty warm in the summer months, though the fans keep the air moving enough to stay focused. We have a small corner for making tea where everyone gathers around eleven for a break. Most of the people working here have been around for years, so we all know each other's families and stories. It is a noisy, active neighborhood with a lot of dust from the nearby construction, but there is a good energy to it. Finding a parking spot for a scooter can be a real headache some days. We just keep things moving and try to finish our tasks before the evening rush starts on the main road. It is just a normal, hardworking office in a busy part of town.
