It’s a large complex with lots of different businesses, so sometimes people get a bit turned around looking for the right door when they first visit. We’ve been here for a good while now. The office is pretty functional and not very decorative. We have a lot of filing cabinets and a few desks crammed in close together. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, so we usually have the fans going full blast to keep the air moving. We handle a lot of paperwork every day. Most of it is just tracking stuff and making sure things are where they should be at the right time. It’s not the most exciting work in the world, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We usually grab lunch from the food stalls nearby. The team is mostly local folks who have been in the shipping business for years. We don't have any fancy receptionists or anything like that. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see someone hunched over a keyboard or talking on a mobile phone. We just focus on getting the day's tasks done so we can go home. The traffic on V.N. Purav Marg can be pretty bad, so we try to get in early to avoid the worst of it.
