Citi Group Global Services

You can find the Citi Group Global Services office here in Kandivali West. We are based in C-103, Jyoti Park, which is right on S. V. Road. If you know Mumbai, you know S. V. Road is one of the busiest stretches you can find. There is always a constant stream of cars, buses, and rickshaws honking outside. It can be quite loud, but after a while, you just stop noticing it. The office is on the first floor of the Jyoti Park building. It’s a busy place with people coming and going all the time. We have a lot of desks packed into the space, and there is always the sound of typing and phone calls. It is a very practical setup. We don't have any fancy art on the walls or expensive carpets. It’s just a place where we come to do our jobs. There are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick lunch or a soda, which is good because we are usually pretty busy. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles a bit with the Mumbai heat, but we get by. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which isn't too bad since it's just the first floor. It is just the way things are in these older Mumbai buildings. No one here is trying to impress anyone; we just focus on the work.
