Choice Connex International Call Center

We've been set up here in Airoli for a while now, specifically on the 4th floor of the Krupa Building. If you're looking for us, we are in Room No 401. It's not a massive place, but it works for what we do every day. New Mumbai can get pretty busy, and this area is no different. The building itself is easy enough to find once you're on the right street. We spend most of our time at the desks with the headsets on, dealing with whatever comes through on the lines. The lift in the Krupa Building can be a bit slow during the morning rush when everyone is trying to get to their floor at the same time. Sometimes we just take the stairs if we're in a bit of a hurry. Being in Room 401 means we have a bit of a view of the surrounding area, though it's mostly just other office buildings and the street below. Choice Connex International Call Center isn't trying to be anything fancy or high-end. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the shift is over. The office has the usual stuff you’d expect—computers, some old chairs, and a small area to grab a glass of water. Airoli is a decent spot to be based in because it's connected well enough to the rest of the city. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always going full blast.
