Chocktails

Chocktails is located right over at Budhwar Park in the Colaba area. Our specific spot is F-75, and we have been operating out of this space for quite a few years now. It is an interesting part of town because Colaba is usually packed with tourists and traffic, but our corner near Budhwar Park has its own kind of quiet energy. Every morning starts about the same way for us. We get the keys out, open up the F-75 door, and see what the weather is like outside. Being near the Po Charkop side of things means we see a real mix of people coming through the area. We do not have a massive staff or a big HR department, just a few of us who know how to get the work done. We handle everything ourselves, from answering the phone to packing up orders and cleaning the floors. It can definitely get a bit cramped inside our unit when we have a lot of supplies delivered at once, but we have learned how to stack things to make it work. We are not the type of people to use fancy corporate language or act like we are some huge company. We are just a local business trying to do things the right way in our own little corner of Mumbai. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes things a bit difficult around here, but we just deal with it as it comes. We like the history of Colaba.
