Rathod Brother & Associates is situated at C-1/2 in Chembur. It’s a small, family-run kind of place where things are kept simple and direct. We’ve been in Chembur for a long time and the office reflects that. It isn't modern or filled with the latest gadgets. We have some sturdy old desks, a few filing racks, and a very reliable landline phone that rings quite often. Being in a spot like C-1/2 means we are right in the heart of things. We see the same people walking to the station or the market every day. Most of our visitors are people from the nearby blocks who have known the family for years. We don't do much in the way of promotion because everyone around here already knows where we are. Our daily routine involves a lot of talking to people about their property needs, whether they are looking to move or just need help with some paperwork. We take things as they come. There’s no rush to grow into a massive corporation. We like the size we are. It allows us to know every detail of the files we are handling. Sometimes we just sit and have tea with old clients who stop by just to chat about the old days. It is a very human way to run a business, and it suits us just fine. We keep the books balanced and the neighbors happy.
