Charishma Tours & Travels

We are Charishma Tours & Travels, and we are based in Kurla West. Our office is in Tayab Manzil, room A/14. We are located right above the Skyway Hotel on L.B.S. Marg. If you know Mumbai, you know L.B.S. Marg is one of the busiest roads you can find. There is constant traffic and noise from the buses and rickshaws outside. We are on the first floor, so we see all the action. Being above a hotel makes it easy for people to find us. We handle travel bookings, tours, and tickets. People come in all the time asking about flights or bus trips. The office is small and filled with posters of different places and stacks of brochures. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. Kurla is a central place, so it’s convenient for people from all over Mumbai to drop by. We spend most of our day on the phone or on the computer checking prices and schedules. It’s a lot of back and forth with customers. We don't have a fancy waiting room, just a couple of chairs for people to sit while we look things up. It’s a family-style business, really. We’ve been in Tayab Manzil for years. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have a small AC that tries its best. We just try to help people get where they need to go without making things too difficult.
