Chaos Control Cafe

You can find us on the Ground Floor of Crystal Towers. We’re tucked away on St. Xavier's Street in Parel. If you’ve ever been to Parel, you know how hectic it gets. That’s probably why the name Chaos Control Cafe felt right when we started. The street outside is usually full of people rushing to work or cars honking. Inside the Crystal Towers building, it’s a bit different, but still lively. We have these big windows that look out onto the street. We spend a lot of time wiping the counters and moving the chairs around so everyone can fit. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes during the lunch rush. We don't have a big corporate team or anything. It's just a few of us making sure the coffee gets out and the tables are clear. The floors get scuffed up pretty fast with everyone coming in and out from St. Xavier's Street. We try to keep things organized, but like the name says, it's a bit of a managed mess. It’s fun though. We see a lot of people from the nearby offices. Some of them stay for an hour, some just grab a cup and run. We don’t have fancy menus or anything complicated. Just regular coffee and a place to sit for a minute. That is pretty much the whole story of us here at Crystal Towers. We just do our best to keep things moving and stay sane.
