Our base is at 2 Goregaon East on Thakurdwera Road, inside the Ramabai Society. We are pretty close to the Lokhandwala Complex, which is a big area that keeps us busy. Being a packers and movers company, our office is mostly a place to store our supplies like tape, thick blankets, and lots of cardboard boxes. It’s a ground floor spot, which makes it easier for us to load and unload the gear. We don’t spend much time sitting at desks because we are usually out at someone’s house lifting furniture. The room is often filled with the smell of packing tape and dust. We are just a local crew who knows the streets of Goregaon quite well. We’ve seen many families move into Ramabai Society over the years. Some moves are small, just a few kitchen items and a bed, while others take the whole day and multiple trips. We don’t have a marketing department or a fancy uniform. Most of the time we are just in our work clothes, ready to move heavy stuff. It’s physical and tiring work, but it’s what we do. The office at number 2 is where we meet up in the mornings to check the schedule. We don’t make big promises, we just show up and start packing. It’s a straightforward business and we keep it that way. If you walk by Thakurdwera Road, you’ll probably see our trucks parked nearby.
