Centrum Broking Private Limited

Our office is located at 05 Vikas Apt, right in the Janki Kutir area of Juhu. It’s a great spot in Mumbai, especially since we are directly opposite the Juhu Church. You can hear the church bells sometimes, which is a nice break from the sound of the traffic on the main road. The apartment is on the ground floor, so we don’t have to deal with the elevators which are always breaking down anyway. Inside, Centrum Broking Private Limited feels pretty lived-in. We have stacks of files on almost every flat surface and the chairs don't all match. It is a bit of a maze with all the partitions we’ve put up over the years to give everyone a bit of privacy. Juhu can get very humid, so our ceiling fans are almost always on the highest setting. We have a small pantry where we keep our lunch boxes and a very old fridge that makes a loud humming sound. Working in Mumbai means we are always prepared for the rain, and during the monsoon, we sometimes have to put buckets out if the window seals leak a little. It isn't a fancy place, but it is where we spend most of our waking hours. We know the local tea seller and the guy who delivers the newspapers. It’s just a regular Mumbai workplace where we try to keep things moving along every day.
