You have to look for the Chandu Studio Compound to find us in Kalina. We are situated in Santacruz East, on Magadi Road. If you find the Kalina Jama Masjid, we are right behind it. It's a busy spot and the road can get really narrow with all the parked scooters and rickshaws. The compound itself has a few different businesses tucked away inside. We do a lot of general supply work and coordination from here. It’s not a very big office, just enough room for a few chairs and some storage. The sounds from the mosque and the street are always in the background. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the afternoons because the building doesn't get much of a breeze. We have a lot of regular people who drop by for a chat or to pick up some items. It’s a very local vibe here, everyone knows everyone else’s business. We don't have a big fancy sign, just a small board near the entrance. Most people find us by asking the tea seller at the corner. The traffic in Santacruz can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we try to get most of our moving done early in the morning. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to get through the daily tasks without too much trouble or stress. We often eat our lunch together at the small table in the corner of the office.
