Started at Cello House. It’s a big building on Corporate Avenue. We’ve been here a while now. The morning shift starts early when the sun is just coming up over the other buildings. You see people walking from the bus stop. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of papers and some machines in the back. It gets loud around noon. We handle a lot of different things here at Cello Industries. Some days it’s just sorting through orders and making sure the trucks are loaded right. Corporate Avenue is always busy with traffic, so we try to get the big deliveries out before the afternoon rush. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the AC acts up in the summer, but we manage. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know how everyone likes their tea. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation. We don’t really do big speeches or anything. If someone needs something, they just come to the desk and ask. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but the work is what matters. We stay late sometimes when the shipments are heavy. Then we lock up and head home like everyone else on this street. We’ve seen businesses come and go on Corporate Avenue, but we’re still here in the same spot, just doing what we know how to do. It’s a steady rhythm that doesn't change much, and that’s fine by us.
