Cellar Corner is our little spot located at 44/650 in the Colaba Po area. It’s been here for a long time, and the building shows its age a bit, but it’s sturdy enough. We don’t have a massive showroom or anything like that. It’s just a simple shop where we keep our stock and talk to customers who wander in. Colaba is always busy with tourists and locals, so there’s a lot of foot traffic past our door. Some days are quiet, especially when it rains, and we just sit and organize the shelves. Other days, it’s a bit chaotic with people asking questions all at once. We don't use any big fancy systems to run things, just a ledger and some basic notes. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time to get around to it. It’s a small space, so you have to watch your step around the boxes. We know most of the people who live in the apartments nearby. They stop by to say hello or ask for something specific. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. We keep the doors open six days a week and close up once the sun goes down and the street lights come on. It isn't much, but it’s our place and we like the neighborhood.
