Our office for Cedar Impex Pvt. Ltd. is at 22 Abhishek on Church Road in Vile Parle West. It’s a decent area, though finding a parking spot for a scooter can be a challenge on some mornings. We have been here for a while now and most of the shops nearby know us. The office itself isn’t very large, just enough room for the desks and the storage shelves. We spend a lot of time looking at invoices and talking to the drivers. Vile Parle West is a busy neighborhood so there is always some noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week or two. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big showroom. It’s mostly just hard work and keeping track of the inventory coming in. When the rain starts, we have to make sure the windows are shut tight because the wind really blows down Church Road. We usually have some tea around four o’clock, which is when the energy starts to dip a bit. The desks are a bit cluttered with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. It’s a straightforward operation here. We don't use big words or have complicated rules. We just show up, do the work, and go home when the sun sets. It’s how we’ve always handled things and it seems to work out for everyone involved in the business.
