Cart Wheel Agency is located in unit 307 of the Ram Gopal Industrial Estate on Dr R P Road in Mulund. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mulund, you know the industrial estate is a hub of activity with all sorts of small businesses crammed together. Our unit is on the third floor, and the stairs can be a bit of a workout if the lift is being cranky, which happens more often than we’d like. Inside 307, we have our desks and a small area for storing supplies. It’s a plain space, but it’s where we’ve spent many years building what we have. We don't spend money on expensive furniture because we’d rather just have what works. The team is small, and we mostly communicate by shouting across the room instead of sending emails to people sitting five feet away. The windows look out over the rooftops of other industrial buildings, and you can hear the train whistles in the distance. We handle the agency work as it comes in, sometimes juggling three things at once when it gets really frantic. It isn’t the quietest place to work, especially with the manufacturing units downstairs, but it feels right for us. We take pride in the fact that we’ve stayed in Mulund all this time. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we just try to be useful and get our tasks finished on time before we call it a day.
