Career Planner

Career Planner is based out of a flat in Andheri West. Specifically, we are in Flat No 303 on the 3rd floor of the Swati building. Finding us can be a little tricky because you have to navigate through 18th A Main and 13th Cross in the Maruthi Nagar and Venkateshwara Layout area. Since we are in a residential building, the office feels very much like a home. We use the main room for our desks and have books and planners stacked up on every available surface. Being on the 3rd floor means we are away from the street noise of Andheri, which can be quite loud. We spend our time helping people figure out their next career moves or exam schedules. There are no shiny glass partitions or corporate uniforms here. We just sit around, drink some coffee, and look at what needs to be done. Sometimes the lift in the Swati building is out of order, so we have to walk up the three flights of stairs, but it is good exercise. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who have been doing this for a while. We know the neighborhood well and often see our neighbors in the hallway. It is a very low-key operation where we focus on the task at hand. We don't go in for big displays or promotional stuff. We just provide a quiet space for people to come and plan out their future.
