Car Velly Rent A Car is based in Bandra East, right on S V Road. We are part of the Ganesh Co-Operative Housing Society. Being on S V Road means we deal with a lot of noise and traffic all day long. The office is just a simple room where we keep the car keys and the registration papers. We don't have a big showroom or a lounge for people to sit in. Usually, customers just come in, sign the papers, and take the car. We spend a lot of time checking the vehicles when they come back to make sure everything is okay. Bandra is a busy place, and there is always a demand for cars, whether it is for a wedding or just someone whose own car is in the shop. We have a small desk and a bench for people to wait. The walls are a plain color and there’s a clock that is usually five minutes fast. We try to keep the cars as clean as possible, but with the Mumbai dust, it is a constant battle. The society members are used to us being here, and we try not to block the gates with our vehicles. It is a straightforward business without any bells and whistles. We just handle the rentals and try to keep the paperwork organized so there are no mistakes. It is just us working here, trying to make things run smoothly.
