Our office is tucked away at 4A 503 in the Salsette Parsi Colony, right near the Pump House in Andheri East. This part of Mumbai is always buzzing, especially with the metro work and the constant flow of people. We represent Capgemini India Pvt Ltd at this location. It is a pretty functional space without any unnecessary decorations or fancy lobby areas. We have our desks set up and we just get on with things. The colony itself has a bit of a quiet feel compared to the main road, which is a nice change of pace. We have people from all over the city coming here to work every day. The commute can be a bit of a nightmare during the monsoon, but we manage. Inside, it is just a normal workplace. We do not have fancy lounges or anything like that. We just have a kettle for tea and a place to sit. It feels like a real community because we see the same faces every day in the building. We are not interested in sounding like a marketing brochure. This is just where we spend our nine-to-five. It is practical and it serves its purpose. We deal with the tasks as they come and try to keep everything organized. Andheri is a busy place to be, and we are just right in the middle of it all, doing our bit. We are just a group of people working in a busy neighborhood.
