Capgemini Consulting India Pvt. Ltd is where we spend most of our daylight hours. The address isn't written here because it’s in that profile we shared earlier, but we’re pretty easy to find once you look at that. Our office is a mix of people doing tech work and people talking about business plans. It's a lot of sitting at desks with headsets on. The lighting is that standard office white that makes you want to go for a walk by three in the afternoon. We have a small area where people keep their bags and lunch boxes. Some of us bring food from home every day because the local spots get crowded. It’s a big name company, sure, but in this specific office, it’s just a group of us trying to keep up with the projects. We deal with a lot of data and strategy stuff. Sometimes the internet slows down and we all just kind of look at each other until it starts working again. The chairs are okay, but after eight hours, you definitely feel it in your back. We aren't really into those big fancy corporate slogans. We just show up, do the work the clients expect, and head home to our families. It’s a busy place with a lot of typing sounds and people rushing to meetings. We've been at this for a while now so we have a rhythm. It’s just how things go here in the India consulting division. We keep it simple.
