We are located in a small spot called Isane Kamble, which is part of Mahad in the Raigad district. It’s a different world out here compared to the big cities. Life moves at a slower pace, and so does the work, though we keep busy. Our office is just a simple setup where we handle our daily calls and business. Most of us live nearby, so we don't have to deal with long commutes. The air is better here, but the internet can be a bit tricky sometimes when the weather gets bad during the monsoon. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. It’s mostly just us sitting around, making sure things are running okay. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. If someone’s out sick, we all notice. It’s a small team and we prefer it that way. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or big signs. We just have our desks and our equipment. When people ask what we do, we just say we’re the ones handling the communication from this side of Mahad. It’s honest work. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit during breaks just to see what’s going on in the village. It's a practical way to live and work. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on moving anywhere soon. It’s a decent life and we get things done.
