Call Cool Cab Services

Our office for Call Cool Cab Services is at Shop No 2 in Amar Estate. We are situated on Vasanji Lalji Road in Andheri East, right by the MIDC Police Chowki. It’s a small, basic room where we manage our fleet and talk to our drivers. We don't have any flashy decor or corporate offices. There are just a few chairs, a couple of desks, and the phones that seem to ring all day long. Operating a cab service in a place like Andheri is quite a task because of the traffic and the constant demand. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and trying to make sure the drivers are on time, though the city's roads don't always make that easy. We are not a big tech company with an app. We do things the old-fashioned way with phone calls and paper logs. Sometimes a car has a breakdown or a driver gets stuck, and we have to figure it out as we go. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We’ve been in this spot near the police chowki for a while, and most of the people around here know us by name. We handle all the maintenance and the bills ourselves without any fancy systems. It’s a busy, sometimes loud environment, but it keeps us on our toes. We just try to get people where they need to go every day.
