Cafe Ridge

You can find us at 10 Ridge Road, up on Malabar Hill. It's a bit different from the rest of the city because it's quieter and has more trees lining the streets. We've been running the cafe here for a while. It’s not a huge place, just a simple spot where people can sit down and have a moment of peace. We spend most of our mornings getting the coffee machine ready and making sure the wooden tables are wiped down properly. The view around Ridge Road is nice, and it’s a bit cooler up here than down by the sea. We have a few regulars who come in every day for their morning tea or a quick snack before work. We don't have a complicated menu, just stuff we know how to make well and what people like. The kitchen is small but we make it work even when it's busy. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the evenings when people are out for a walk in the area. We mostly just focus on the daily chores, like ordering fresh milk and cleaning the floors at the end of the shift. It’s a calm atmosphere most of the time. We aren't trying to be anything fancy or follow the latest trends. It’s just a neighborhood cafe where you can get a decent cup of coffee without any fuss. The staff is local and we all just get along.
