You can find us in Kandivali West, specifically at the Profit Center in Kalol City, Gandhinagar. The shop is usually filled with the smell of roasted beans, which is nice when you first walk in for your shift. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass display cases where we keep the snacks. The floor is that shiny tile that shows every footprint, so we keep a mop nearby at all times. We have a few regulars who come in every morning at the same time and sit in the same corner. The music we play is just whatever is on the radio, usually not too loud. Sometimes the Wi-Fi acts up and we have to restart the router behind the counter, which takes a few minutes. We have a small kitchen area in the back where we heat things up. It’s mostly just us standing behind the counter, waiting for the next order to come in. The traffic outside the Profit Center can get pretty noisy, but the heavy glass doors block most of it out. We don’t have any special decorations, just the standard stuff you see in these shops. We try to keep the napkins stocked up and the trash cans empty throughout the day. It’s a regular day-to-day routine that doesn't change much from week to week. We just focus on getting the drinks made and keeping the counters wiped down for the next person.
