Cafe Coffee Day

This spot is located on the 4th floor of Atria Mall on Kikabhai Street in Worli. Being inside a mall means we get a lot of people who are just taking a break from shopping or waiting for a movie to start. It’s a bit of a different vibe than a street-side shop. The lighting is mostly from the mall’s overhead lights, and you can hear the general hum of the shoppers and the escalators nearby. We have a decent number of tables, though they fill up fast on the weekends. The staff here is pretty used to the rush. We spend a lot of time making sure the napkins are stocked and the tables are wiped down after people leave. It’s a constant cycle. Sometimes the mall music can be a bit much, but you get used to it after a while. We don't have a view of the outside, just the other shops on the 4th floor. It’s a convenient place for people to meet up. We see a lot of families and groups of friends. We just try to keep the coffee ready and the space as tidy as possible. It’s not a complicated operation, just a standard part of the mall experience for anyone passing through Worli. We're right there near the second section of the floor. There are always people coming and going, so we just focus on the next person in line and keep things moving along.
