Cafe Coffee Day

We’re over in Vikhroli East, serving coffee to the neighborhood. It’s a simple setup, nothing too complicated. We’ve got the usual tables and a counter where we take orders. Most of the people who come in are from the nearby offices or live in the apartment blocks around here. We know a lot of them by name because they come in every single morning. It’s nice to have that connection. We spend a lot of time grinding beans and steaming milk. The smell of coffee is pretty much stuck in our clothes even after we go home. The place is usually quiet in the mid-morning, which is when we do most of our cleaning. In the evenings, it picks up again as people finish their workday. We don't have a giant menu, just the things people like. Sometimes the Wi-Fi is a bit slow, and people complain, but we do our best to fix it. We aren't experts, just folks working a job. The walls have a few pictures on them to make it look less empty. It's a comfortable spot to sit for a while if you need a break from the heat outside. We don't put on any acts; we're just here to hand you a cup and maybe a sandwich. It’s a small part of Vikhroli East, and we’re happy to be a part of it. We keep it simple every single day.
