You can find us on the ground floor of the Damji Shamji Industrial Estate in Mulund West. We’ve actually got a few shop units combined here, shops 1, 17, and 18, so there is a bit more room than some of the smaller places you might find. Being in an industrial estate means our rhythm is mostly set by the people working in the nearby businesses. When it’s lunch time or the end of the day, it gets quite crowded with people looking to step away from their desks or workstations. We have a lot of tables set out and we’re constantly moving them around to fit groups who come in together. The floor is easy to clean, which is good because people are always coming and going. It gets quite warm in Mulund, so having a place to sit inside for a bit is what most people are looking for. We go through a lot of supplies every week, and the delivery trucks are always stopping by the estate entrance. It’s a very practical kind of place. We don’t have fancy decorations, just the usual stuff you’d expect. Most days it's just about keeping the orders moving and making sure the trash is taken out. It’s a solid little corner of the estate where people know they can find us. We keep the coffee brewing and the atmosphere stays pretty casual for everyone who walks through the door.
