C. C. Shah & Sons

You can find us on the second floor of the Adarsh Industrial Estate. We are in unit 213. To get here, you have to come down the Andheri Sahar Road in the Chakala area of Andheri East. It is a very busy industrial neighborhood, so there are always trucks moving and a lot of noise. C. C. Shah & Sons has been around for quite a long time now. We are a family-run business that has been passed down through the years. Our office is usually full of paper stacks and different samples. It is not the kind of place you would see in a magazine, just a real working space. We get to the estate early to try and beat the traffic, though in this part of Mumbai, that is almost impossible to do. We deal with suppliers and customers throughout the day. There is no marketing team here, just us answering the phone and checking the books. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate goals. We just try to get the orders right so the customers stay happy. The lift in this building can be a bit slow, so we often just take the stairs. It is just honest work. We know the other shop owners around the estate and often share a tea when there is a break. We keep things simple and focus on the daily tasks.
