We are located over at Jay Apartments in Santa Cruz East. It is on the third floor, room 307. If you know Nehru Road, you know how it gets with the traffic and the noise from the station nearby. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we get our work done every day. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The elevator works most of the time, but some of us just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. Being in Mumbai, things are always moving fast around here. We usually have the windows closed because of the dust from the street, but you can still hear the city outside. Most days start with tea and just looking at the files we need to sort through. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in, especially with all the cupboards we have for the paperwork. There is a small tea stall just outside the main gate where we usually go for a break. People in the building know us as C C Dalal And Amp Co. We don't really have a big sign or anything, just the name on the door. It is a practical spot for us because it is easy for people to find once they get to Nehru Road. The neighborhood has changed a lot, but this corner stays pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks that come our way.
