We are tucked away in Panther Nagar, over in Kannamwarnagar 01. If you know Vikhroli East, you know it’s a specific kind of neighborhood. Our address is 155 6, and it’s a modest place. C Abhaykumar Co isn't a giant company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us here. The office can get a bit warm in the Mumbai summers, but we have the fans going all day. There’s always someone coming in to drop off a folder or ask a quick question. We’ve been in this part of Maharashtra 400079 for years now. The building is older, but it works for what we do. We don’t spend much on decor or fancy things. Most of the furniture is stuff we’ve had since we first opened up. It feels like a home office sometimes because we spend so many hours here working on the files. People in the area usually recognize us when we go out for a quick tea. We stay busy with the local accounts and making sure the numbers add up right. It’s steady work. No one is in a huge rush unless there's a deadline, which happens more than we'd like. We have an old rug in the middle of the floor that’s seen better days. The walls are painted a light yellow that's fading now. We don't mind it though. It’s just where we do our work. Mumbai is a good place to be based. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life.
