We are based in Andheri East, right near the West Flyover Junction. If you know the area, you know how hectic the traffic gets around Hubtown Solaris. Our office is on the first floor, number 135. It’s a busy spot, especially being so close to the Kotak Mahindra building. Brijeel Foods & Beverages is basically a bunch of us trying to keep things moving in the food and drink industry. Mumbai is a fast place, and Andheri is right in the middle of it. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. The walk from the station can be a bit of a sweat in the afternoon, but we’re used to it. The office isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We handle a lot of logistics and paperwork for the products we deal with. It’s not all glamorous; there’s a lot of checking invoices and making sure deliveries aren't stuck somewhere in the city traffic. Sometimes we grab lunch at the local stalls nearby when things get too busy to leave the desk for long. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It’s a good location because everyone knows where the Solaris building is. We just try to get through the daily pile of work and keep things running as straight as possible. It’s a lot of coordination, but we’ve got a rhythm down now.
