Gala Estate

I have been running things here at 285 Borivali East for a good while now. We are located right opposite Shiv Nivas, which is a building most people in this part of the suburb know. The office is small and simple, just the way I like it. Being an estate agent in Borivali means you see a lot of the same faces every day as people head to the station. I spend my mornings checking the new listings and seeing which flats have come on the market. It is a lot of talking on the phone and walking around to show rooms to potential tenants. The area around Shiv Nivas is usually quite busy with commuters and local shoppers. I do not have a big team or a fancy storefront. It is just me at the desk with my ledgers and a few folders. I like the routine of it. Sometimes the neighbors pop in for a chat about how the property prices are going up or down. I try to give them a straight answer based on what I see happening in the streets. It gets a bit hectic during the monsoon when everyone is trying to find a place before the heavy rains start. Otherwise, it is a pretty calm way to make a living. I keep a small calendar on the wall to track my appointments and a clock that ticks a bit too loudly.
