Bombay Metals & Steel Traders

Bombay Metals & Steel Traders is located at A-81 Duncan Road in the TTC Industrial Area. We are right along the Thane Belapur Road, so there is always a lot of heavy traffic and dust in the air. Our warehouse is a big, open space filled with stacks of steel and different metal parts. It’s a very noisy environment with the sound of trucks idling and metal clanging against metal all the time. We spend most of our day moving heavy loads and checking the inventory. Your hands get dirty pretty fast here, and the work is quite physical. We don’t have a polished showroom because we are in the middle of an industrial zone where things are built and moved. The heat inside the shed can be quite a lot during the afternoons, so we take plenty of breaks for water. Duncan Road is a busy stretch and we’ve been here long enough to know all the other traders nearby. We aren't really interested in having a fancy office. Most of our business happens right on the warehouse floor or over the phone with drivers who are trying to find the gate. It’s a straightforward life of dealing with raw materials and making sure the right pieces get loaded onto the right trucks. We just keep to our routine and get the work finished. The industrial area isn't pretty, but it’s where the real work happens and we like being part of that.
