Boba Bubble Tea

You can find us at R.P. Mall. We are up on the third floor in the food court. It’s a busy spot, especially on the weekends when everyone is out shopping or seeing a movie. Boba Bubble Tea is just our little counter there. We spend the day mixing drinks, boiling pearls, and talking to customers. It’s a lot of standing on your feet. The food court can get pretty loud with all the different music and people talking. We don't have a big fancy restaurant, just our space among the other food stalls. We are just a small crew trying to make drinks that people enjoy. Sometimes the machines act up or we run out of a certain flavor, and we just have to deal with it. It’s not perfect. We aren't a big chain with a huge manual for everything. We just learn as we go. It’s fun seeing the regular kids who come by after school. We try to keep the counter clean, but when it’s busy, things get a bit messy. That’s life in a mall. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just make bubble tea and try to be friendly to whoever stops by. The mall lighting is bright and the air conditioning is usually on too high, but we like it here well enough.
