Bizadvise

Our office is tucked away in room 303 of the Harischandra Apartments. If you know Mogal Lane in Mahim, you know it’s a bit of a squeeze with all the cars and people moving about. Bizadvise is basically a small team working out of this flat. We deal with a lot of paperwork, tax filings, and helping small businesses get their registrations sorted out. Mumbai is a fast city, but in Mahim, things feel a little more lived-in. We have files stacked up on the shelves and a couple of computers that have seen better days but still do the job. We don’t have a big neon sign outside, just the name on the directory downstairs. Most people who come to see us are from the neighborhood or heard about us from a friend. We spend our mornings drinking coffee and going through the latest government notifications. It’s not glamorous work, but it needs to get done. The apartment gets a nice breeze in the evening if the windows are open, though the noise from the street never really stops. We like being in Mahim because it’s central for everyone. Sometimes we stay late when it’s tax season, and the building gets very quiet except for our typing. We aren't trying to be some huge firm; we just handle the chores of running a business so others don't have to worry about the details.
