Bipin Transport is based right in the Wadala Truck Terminal. We are in the Shram Shanti Building, room D-1. It’s a massive place with trucks everywhere you look. Dust and diesel are just part of the air here. Our office is right in the middle of all that action. It’s a simple room with some wooden furniture and a couple of computers that have been through a lot. We don't have any air conditioning, just a big ceiling fan that wobbles a little. People are always walking in and out—drivers, clerks, and guys looking for work. It’s never quiet. We handle the transport side of things, making sure trucks go where they are supposed to. We don't use any fancy software, just basic spreadsheets and a lot of phone calls. There’s always a stack of paperwork on the main table. We drink tea from the local stall several times a day. It’s a gritty, hard-working environment and we don’t try to hide it. We’ve been at the terminal for years. You won't find any corporate talk here, just plain talk about routes and loads. It’s a busy life but it suits us well. We close up when the last truck is sorted for the night. There’s always a layer of dust on everything because of the terminal, but we just wipe it off and keep going.
