Our little shop is number 7 in the Dhwani Building, right over in the Kanpith area of Kandivali West. It’s a lively part of the city, and there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time, helping people with more than just finding a roof over their heads. Since we also deal with the financial side of things, we get a lot of questions about loans and how to manage the money part of buying a place. It's not always easy for people to understand the bank stuff, so we spend a lot of time sitting down with them and going over the numbers. The office itself is pretty modest. We have a few chairs and there is usually a pot of tea on the go. Kandivali West has grown so much lately, and the traffic near Gan can be a bit of a nightmare in the evenings. We know most of the shopkeepers around here, and we like the community feel. When you’ve been in one building for years, you get to know every crack in the pavement. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of our work comes from neighbors telling their friends about us. It’s just honest work, keeping track of who is selling and who is looking. We try to keep things straightforward and avoid all that complicated talk that you hear from big firms. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the paperwork, but that's just part of the job.
