Bhavna Enterprise

Bhavna Enterprise is situated in the Ajinkyatara Industrial Estate in Kalbadevi. We are at unit number 5. Being in an industrial estate means there are always trucks moving in and out and a lot of noise from the other units. We do manufacturing work here, so the space is filled with machines and raw materials. It is not a clean or quiet place. There is oil on the floor sometimes and the smell of metal and plastic is always in the air. We have been in this estate for a long time and we know most of the workers in the other units. We don't have an office with air conditioning or fancy furniture. We just have a small corner with a desk and a computer where we keep our records. Most of our day is spent on the shop floor making sure the machines are running right. It gets very hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer, but we just open all the windows and keep working. We don't have a marketing department or any sales people. Our customers are mostly other businesses who have been buying from us for years. They know we do our work properly and that is enough for them. It is a tough environment but we are used to it and it feels like home to us.
