Bhatia Foundary & Fabrication Works

This is the workshop for Bhatia Foundary & Fabrication Works. You can find us in the Murugan Compound on NSS Road, over in Ghatkopar West. It’s usually pretty loud here with all the machines running and the smell of hot metal. We do a lot of different fabrication jobs for people who come by needing something specific fixed or built from scratch. It’s a dusty place, as you’d expect from a foundry, but we get the work done. The guys have been working these machines for years. We handle iron and steel mostly. Sometimes we are working on parts for local builders and other times it’s just a small repair for a neighbor. The location on Pune Satara Road makes it easy for trucks to get in and out, which is good because moving heavy metal is no joke. We don’t spend much time cleaning the floors because there’s always more grinding to do. It’s a practical business. We show up early, get the furnace going, and see what the day brings. Most of our customers have been coming here for a long time. They know where we are tucked away in the compound. It’s not a showroom, it’s a working shop. If you need something welded or cast, this is where we do it every single day. We just keep our heads down and handle the metal work as it comes in.
