Our office is at number 101 in the Bharat Industrial Estate, which is located on L.B.S. Marg in Bhandup West. If you know L.B.S. Marg, you know it’s one of the busiest roads in Mumbai, and the traffic is almost always backed up. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other workshops and businesses, so there is always the sound of machinery or trucks loading and unloading. We handle import and export tasks from our unit, which is a simple, no-nonsense space. We’ve got our desks and our files, and that’s about it. We don’t see the need for a fancy setup when we’re mostly busy with logistics and paperwork. The estate can be quite dusty and it gets very hot in the summer months, but it’s a good place for this kind of work. We spend our days coordinating with suppliers and making sure the goods are moving through the supply chain. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We aren't a big firm with a lot of management layers; we just handle everything ourselves. Most of the time, we’re just trying to make sure the containers are loaded on time and that the documents are all in order. It’s a busy, noisy, and practical place to be, and it suits our way of doing things just fine. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
