You can find Credence Exim. Pvt. Ltd. down in the basement of Station Plaza, which is right by Bhandup Station Road. Being in a basement means it’s a bit quieter than the street outside, though you can still hear the trains rumbling past Bhandup West. It’s a practical setup for us. We do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to export paperwork and logistics. There are plenty of days where we don't even see the sun because we’re so busy with files at C-143. We aren't interested in being a big corporate entity. We just want to make sure the goods get from point A to point B. Sometimes the office gets a little cramped when we have a lot of samples lying around, but we make it work. We’ve got a small team that knows how to handle the pressure of deadlines. It’s not always easy, especially when there are delays at the docks. We just keep our heads down and stay on top of the regulations. People in the building know us as the ones who are always on the phone. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with plants. It’s just a workspace where real work happens every day. If you need something exported, we are the ones sitting here doing the actual organizing. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way because it keeps life simple.
