We've been at our office on the third floor for quite a while now. It is at 301 Akash Nagar in Ghatkopar East, right across from the Jain temple. Being up on the 3rd floor means a lot of walking up and down because the elevator can be a bit unreliable some days. Jalandhar Bye Pass Chowk is always noisy with traffic and people, so we hear the horns honking all day while we sit at our desks. Most days it’s just us handling travel bookings and paperwork for people who need to get somewhere. Sometimes it gets really busy during the holiday seasons and the phones just don't stop ringing. We have a few old desks and some chairs for folks to sit while they wait for their itineraries to get printed out. It isn’t a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. We usually grab tea from the stall downstairs around four o'clock to keep us going. If you look out our window, you can see the temple and all the people walking by on the street. It is a decent spot for a travel office because everyone knows the landmark nearby. We keep a stack of maps and some old brochures on the side table, but mostly everything is on the computers these days. My desk is near the corner where it stays a bit cooler in the summer. We just try to keep things moving and make sure nobody’s trip gets messed up.
