Bhagesh Associates

Bhagesh Associates is tucked away in the Akruti Niharika Complex over in Andheri East. We are up on the 1205 level on Hill Road. It’s a busy part of the city, which keeps us on our toes most days. We handle property stuff for people living or looking to move into this part of Mumbai. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us working out of the office. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting folks who live in the complex or nearby. Andheri East is always moving, so there’s usually something to do. We don't do much advertising, mostly just word of mouth from people who’ve dealt with us before. It’s a bit cramped with all the files sometimes, but it works for what we need. Hill Road can get quite backed up with traffic, so we usually suggest people come by earlier in the day if they can. We try to keep things simple and just tell people what’s actually available without any exaggerations. Finding a place in Mumbai is hard enough as it is. We just try to make that part a bit easier by knowing the local buildings well. It’s a basic office, nothing too shiny, but we get the job done for the neighbors and clients who find us here. We've been at this address for a while and plan to stay here for the foreseeable future.
