Best Western Hotel The Emerald, Mumbai

We are over here in Andheri East, right around the Marol Naka area. The office is tucked inside Sneha Sagar Housing Society at Sagbaug, specifically in Building 6. It’s a busy spot in Mumbai because everything is so close to the airport and the metro lines. People are always coming and going through this part of town. We handle things for the hotel from Room 610. It’s not a huge fancy office block or anything, just a regular space where we get the work done. Living and working in Mumbai means dealing with the rain and the traffic every day, but being here in Marol makes it a bit easier to get around. We’ve been set up in this building for a while now. Most days are just spent on the phone or handling paperwork for the guests and the building staff. It’s a practical location for us since it’s near the industrial parts of Andheri too. You see a lot of people walking to the station from here. The Sneha Sagar complex has been around for a bit, so everyone in the neighborhood knows where Building 6 is. We don't really do much big talk, we just keep the operations running from this room. If you know the Sagbaug area, you know how packed it gets in the afternoons. We are just part of the local mix here, trying to keep things organized for the hotel while being right in the middle of the Mumbai rush.
