We have been here at Malad West for a good amount of time now. Our office is in the Anand Raj Industrial Estate, specifically office number 101. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always something moving around or a truck being loaded nearby. Most days start pretty early because that’s just how things work in this part of town. If you know the estate, you know it gets busy. We spend most of our time at the desks or checking on things coming in and out. It isn't a fancy setup with glass walls and bright lights. It’s a practical workspace where we get the work done. Base Corporation Ltd has been running from this spot and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. You see the same faces every morning at the tea stall or near the gate. Some people find the industrial estate a bit confusing to navigate the first time, but office 101 is easy to find once you get inside. We keep things straightforward. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a bunch of us working through the daily tasks. We deal with whatever comes our way and try to keep things organized. The walls are a bit plain and the furniture has been around, but it works for us. Living and working in Malad West means you’re used to the noise and the pace. We just carry on with our business like everyone else around here.
