Our office is tucked away in the Winsway Complex, right in Andheri East. If you know the area, it's on Old Telly Galli Police Lane. It gets pretty crowded around here, especially being so close to the railway station. You can hear the trains if it's quiet enough, though it rarely is. We’ve been at 704 in the A Wing for a while now. Most days just involve us sitting at our desks, going through piles of folders and answering the phone. It’s a typical Mumbai workspace—a bit cramped but we make it work. The morning commute is usually the hardest part for everyone. We usually grab tea from the stall downstairs before heading up. There isn't much fancy about the place, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend most of our time looking at screens or talking to people who drop by. The building is okay, though the elevators can be slow when everyone is trying to get to work at nine. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this street. There’s always something happening outside, someone shouting or a bike honking. It’s just how things are here in this part of town. We keep our heads down and get through the paperwork day by day. Sometimes the rains make the lane a bit messy, but that is just Mumbai in July. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. Just the office.
