Bansal Steel Rolling Mills is located over at Aristocrat Society on the first lane. It’s 29, 139/A T.P.S.V. if you are looking for the exact building. We have been rolling steel at this location for a long time. The mill is a very loud place to be. There is always the sound of heavy metal hitting metal and the heat from the machinery can get pretty intense during the summer months. We don't have a fancy office building with air conditioning. Our workspace is mostly the mill floor itself and a small cluttered area where we keep the ledger and the papers. It’s a lot of hard physical work every day. We deal with steel rods and heavy plates from morning until the sun goes down. The guys working here are used to the noise and the black dust that gets everywhere. We don't use any polished language to describe what we do here. We just take the raw steel and process it like we are supposed to for the customers. Some days are much busier than others depending on what orders we get that week. We don't have a big corporate structure or managers in suits. It’s mostly just us working the machines and making sure the output is okay. The lane outside is usually blocked by big trucks loading up the finished steel. We spend a lot of time coordinating with the drivers.
