Bang Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Gala No. 50 in the Keval Industrial Estate. We are on the ground floor, which is quite convenient when we have things being moved in and out. The estate is on Senapati Bapat Marg in Lower Parel West. If you know this area, you know it used to be all mills and now it’s a mix of everything. The industrial estate has that old-school feel to it, with lots of small businesses working side-by-side. Our space is basically one large room with some partitions. It can get a bit dusty because of the industrial setting, but we keep it as tidy as we can. There is always the sound of trucks or people moving crates outside. We handle overseas trade, so there is a lot of coordination with shipping lines and ports. Our desks are usually piled with ledger books and shipping manifests. We don't have a fancy coffee machine; we just get tea from the stall nearby. The lighting in here isn't the best, but it's enough for what we need to do. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We’ve been here for a long time and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Despite all the new towers going up around us, we’re still here in our gala, getting our work done every day. It’s just how we operate, focusing on the shipments and nothing else.
