Our office is right on Hill Road in Bandra West, which most people know is one of the busiest spots in Mumbai. We’re located in Dheeraj Plaza, specifically in room 303. If you look out the window, you can see the Bandra Police Station right across the street. It’s a constant stream of cars, honking, and people walking by outside. Being part of the Molson Coors Cobra India team means we deal with a lot of the backend stuff for the beverage business. It’s not like we’re brewing the beer right here in the office; it’s mostly computers, phone calls, and piles of paperwork. The office itself is pretty standard. We have some desks, a small area for tea, and we spend a lot of time coordinating with distributors and making sure the supply chain is actually moving. Mumbai humidity can be tough, so we’re grateful for the air conditioning in the building. Sometimes the lift in Dheeraj Plaza takes a while, so we end up chatting with the neighbors while we wait. It’s a fast-paced environment because Bandra never really sleeps, and the beverage industry is the same way. We’re just a group of people trying to keep things organized in a very crowded city. Most days involve a lot of logistics and checking on orders. It’s honest work, even if the commute through Mumbai traffic is a bit of a headache every single morning for everyone involved in the daily operations.
